Class Level Age Guidelines

Required Paperwork
Ensure you gather these absolute requirements before submitting forms:
- Birth Certificate: A certified copy proving exact age.
- Immunization Card: Comprehensive medical vaccination records.
- National Health Insurance Card: Proof of health insurance.
- Passport Photographs: Four (4) recent colored passport size photos.
- Previous School Reports: Term reports if transferring.
- Parent/Guardian ID: Copy of Ghana Card, Passport, or Voter ID.
